Movement specific coaching for the areas you want to develop the most. DO you struggle with your gymnastics? Handstand push-ups slow you down mid-WOD? Get gassed out with anything over 6 minutes long...? Maybe your metabolic conditioning needs a little focus. Whatever you struggle with, we can look at this together. Programs last 4 weeks depending on the discipline and anything from 1 - 3 days per week. Possible areas for improvement: - Gymnastics pushing / pulling - Met con - Weightlifting - speed, positioning & mobility - Strength endurance - Muscular imbalances - Mobility
EWF runs a tight but fair cancellations policy. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be lost. Sessions cancelled outside the 48-hour notice period can be rearranged within 10 days. The cancellation policy will be adhered to in all cases when the client is unable to attend including when illness, work or family commitments prevents attendance and 48 hours’ notice has not been given. Late Arrivals • Sessions shall be approximately 55-60 minutes in length. • Please message or call if you are running late, and where possible, we will do our best to accommodate this. • Sessions might not be able to be extended due to lateness or interruptions caused by the client (for example, work calls). • We must assume any Client who has not arrived within 15 minutes after the scheduled time has cancelled the session, and will be charged accordingly.
