MEET THE COACH
Emelye (aka ‘Woo’) first discovered CrossFit in October 2014, when looking for something to channel her energies.
It immediately became a part of her daily routine and not 4 months later she was entering competitions and setting huge goals.
Emelye originally trained at The Guilford School of Acting in musical theatre & taught these disciplines alongside being a jobbing actress. She then went on to become a L3 Pilates instructor & began to specialise in ‘p'rehabilitation’ exercise, as a means of preventing injury, not treating it.
Emelye’s coaching career spans more than 15 years – starting at the tender age of 13 when she would help out her gymnastics club, coaching the infants and choreographing/teaching dance for local establishments & companies.
Emelye is a huge advocate of building people up and helping them realise their full potential.

1:1 Coaching and Personal Training
I offer personal training and 1:1 coaching to all levels of athlete; whether you are a beginner at CrossFit, a new mum wanting to find your feet again, a developing athlete or just want to smash some goals I can help you.
Your first session will be a super relaxed and free 30 min consultation. We'll have a coffee (or what ever you fancy) and will talk through your goals, you wants, your needs and how I can try to help you with these.
1:1 tuition in:
Aesthetics or body composition
'Pre' & 'Re'habilitation,
12 weeks of programming tailored to your needs.
+ bi-weekly check ins, + video analysis
+ personalised base macros nutrients with monthly adjustments.
Movement specific coaching - pick an area or weakness & we'll crush it together.

I practice mainly out of CrossFit Colchester; I am able to see you here for coaching even if you are not a member. Alternatively I am able to come to you - if you have facilities at home, or we can head into the outdoors... it is your development...
